FARGO (KFGO) – A West Fargo man charged in the traffic death of Fargo hair stylist Johnny Grey is expected to change his plea to guilty. A change of plea hearing for 34-year-old Daniel Dal Pozzo is scheduled for May 4.
Dal Pozzo was driving a car with grey as the passenger last June when he slammed into a parked car and pickup in West Fargo.
Dal Pozzo told investigators that he had been drinking, but had no memory of the collision. Two blood samples showed that Dal Pozzo’s blood-alcohol level was well beyond the limit for driving.
Charges include vehicular homicide and driving under suspension.
Asst. Cass County State’s Attorney Katherine Naumann says she’s in discussions with the lawyer representing Dal Pozzo, but didn’t expand on what those talks may entail.
