FARGO, ND (KFGO) – Fargo Police are looking to speak to the driver of vehicle they believe may have driven missing Robert McKinnon to and from Love’s Truck Stop.
There was a sighting on security video at the store along I-29 at 5:09 p.m Thursday. During the investigation it was determined that a 2004 two-tone Lincoln Town Car with unknown plates possibly drove McKinnon.
Police believe that no crime has been committed but would like to speak to the drive as a potential witness.
The search started for the 80 year old man Thursday night after he had left a memory care unit where he lives.
Robert McKinnon is 5’7″, has gray hair and glasses. He was wearing a black baseball hat and a black and white plaid shirt.
He has difficulty getting around and may not recognize where he is. McKinnon has ties to Otter Tail County, Minnesota and the sheriff’s office there has been notified. Anyone with information on McKinnon should call 911.
