FARGO (KFGO) – The 14-year-old girl who was beaten and stabbed in South Fargo last Friday morning has died.
Jupiter Paulsen, a middle school student, died at Sanford Medical Center in Fargo. Her father had said earlier that the family did not expect her to survive. Paulsen was stabbed at least 20 times while skateboarding to her mother’s home before she went to work.
23-year-old Arthur Kollie of Fargo is in jail on a million dollars cash bond. He’s charged with attempted murder, assault and robbery.
The Cass County State’s Attorney’s Office is expected to upgrade the charges now that Paulsen has died.
