MINNEAPOLIS – Incidents involving fireworks prompted a SAFE-U Emergency Notification this Halloween weekend on the University of Minnesota campus.
U of M police said the victims were struck by fireworks at two intersections in Dinkytown around 2 a.m. Sunday.
Officers say the suspects were wearing black hooded sweatshirts and masks. The alert reminded students to be cautious.
No word on any arrests.
