WILLISTON, N.D. (KFGO) – A boy is in custody in Williston for terrorizing in connection to a social media threat to Williston High School.
According to Williston Police, they received reports late Monday night alerting them to a threat circulating on social media regarding the high school. The department did not indicate what the threat was, but they did increase officer presence at Williston High School Tuesday.
The department said they don’t believe there is a current threat to any Williston school based on the incident.
Additional charges against the boy are expected.
