ST. PAUL, Minn. – A nine-year-old boy was shot in St. Paul over the weekend.
It’s the second weekend in a row where a child fell victim to gun violence in the city. Shots were fired into a home, and the child suffered a non-life-threatening injury to the ankle.
The recent surge in gun-related incidents has prompted calls for action from St. Paul Police Chief Axel Henry to address the violence.
