WEST FARGO, N.D. (KFGO) – West Fargo Police begins an internal investigation after Officer Walker Koropatnicki was arrested on DUI charges.
He was pulled over by a trooper early in the morning on Saturday, September 5.
Koropatnicki is on paid administrative leave.
The department says Chief Pete Nielsen will oversee the investigation and any other internal proceedings.
Koropatnicki began working for west fargo police in 2024.
KFGO has reached out to the highway patrol for more information.. including if Koropatnicki took a breathalyzer test.
