WALKER, Minn. (KFGO) – The Cass County Sheriff’s Office in central Minnesota is asking the public for information related to the shooting death of a 17-year-old last month.
Sheriff Brian welk says they’ve identified a group of people that were in the area of John Moose Dr NW in the Pike Bay Township when Dylon Oothoudt was shot and killed. He was found by law enforcement dead in the yard of a home the next morning.
Welk is asking anyone that has information or might have witnessed the shooting to do the “right thing” and come forward. He adds that those responsible need to be held accountable for their actions.
The sheriff’s office says anyone with information should contact them.
