BISMARCK, N.D. (KFGO) – A Bismarck man has died and a passenger has serious injuries after a motorcycle crash east of Bismarck Friday evening.
The North Dakota Highway Patrol says the 64-year-old man was riding north on 119th St NE, just south of old Highway 10, when he failed to navigate a curve, left the road, got back onto the road and overturned before sliding into the ditch. He died at the scene.
A passenger on the motorcycle, a 29-year-old Bismarck woman, has serious but non-life threatening injuries. She was taken to a hospital in Bismarck.
Troopers say both were not wearing a helmet, the Highway Patrol is still investigating.
