Oscar is a 3 year old male Tabby cat, approximately 15 lbs. No collar but he is microchipped. Last seen Oct 15 around 7:30 pm in the 4600 block of 33rd Ave S in Fargo. He has a patch of white on his chest and a few black whiskers on his face. Please call 701-306-2772
