BISMARCK, N.D. – The North Dakota Department of Transportation and North Dakota Highway Patrol have reopened Interstate 29 from the South Dakota border to Grand Forks
Icy conditions may still be present on highways throughout the state. Motorists are encouraged to slow down and drive for the conditions.
The DOT and the Highway patrol closed all of I-29 in North Dakota Sunday due to blizzard conditions.
