GRAND FORKS, ND (KFGO) – Police have doubled the reward for information that leads to the driver of a car that struck and killed a woman on Demers Ave. near I-29 last month.
Christina Melvin was walking when she was hit at around 5 a.m. April 7. Police, in raising the reward amount to $5,000, say they’d like to find justice for Melvin, who was from Pennsylvania.
