WEST FARGO -Since the start Tuesday, fifteen-hundred volunteers have helped Cass County get closer to its goal of 200,000 sandbags. As of Thursday, 141,000 sandbags have been filled.
Volunteer slots are open for today (Friday). Officials say planning leads them to believe IF there is a huge showing of volunteers throughout today, the 200,000 sandbag goal will be wrapped up tonight (Friday).
