FARGO (KFGO) – An 18-year-old woman was cited for drunken driving after nearly running into the VFW building at Broadway and 2nd Ave. N in Fargo.
Police and Fire responded just before 8:00 Tuesday morning. The driver was taken to the Cass County Jail.
