FARGO (KFGO) – An Assistant Cass County State’s Attorney has decided not to charge a man arrested for a downtown Fargo shooting, but adds that charges are still possible if more information becomes available.
Ranata Selzer said she decided to decline charges against Jermaine Harris, 27, due to insufficient evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that he committed aggravated assault.
Harris was arrested Saturday morning after an altercation and shooting in Roberts Alley left two people with gunshot wounds.
Fargo police confirmed the investigation is active.
