MINNEAPOLIS – Authorities have identified the woman and man fatally shot outside a Brooklyn Center shopping center on July 3.
According to the Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s Office, 58-year-old Youa Khang of Coon Rapids died of gunshot wounds to the head, and 68-year-old Tou Khang died of a self-inflicted wound.
Brooklyn Center police said one of them was inside a vehicle, and the other in a shopping center parking lot.
