FARGO (KFGO) – A Moorhead man was arrested for drunken driving and DUI test refusal after a collision between the car he was driving and a semi on I-94 in Fargo Tuesday afternoon.
The State Patrol says 36-year-old Aaron Halstad and the semi were both headed east between Veterans Blvd. and the 45th St. exit when Halstad made a sudden lane change and attempted to pass, causing the semi to hit the driver’s side of Halstad’s car. Halstad’s car went into the ditch. No one was hurt.
The crash happened shortly before 2 p.m.
