HASTINGS, Minn. (KFGO) – A Hastings man is charged with second-degree murder and manslaughter for killing a prostitute at a hotel in Eagan on Oct. 12.
Investigators say 25-year-old Philip Wong of Little Canada met with 53-year-old victim and after having sex, she demanded more money.
According to court documents, Wong said he was being blackmailed and choked the woman, but believed she was still breathing when he left.
