FARGO (KFGO) – Residents of three units in a Fargo apartment building were displaced after a fire early Sunday morning.
According to the Fargo Fire Department, the call came in around 2 a.m. for a report of a unit and balcony on fire at 5050 Amber Valley Parkway S.
Crews began fighting the fire from inside and outside the building. Fire damage was contained to the one unit, its balcony, and the building’s attic, but there was smoke damage to two other units.
No one was injured. Damage is estimated at $200,000. The cause is under investigation.
Fargo Police, Sanford Ambulance, Salvation Army, and Red Cross assisted at the scene.
