ARTHUR, N.D. (KFGO) — A 77-year-old man was hurt when the semi he was driving tipped onto its side in Cass County Tuesday afternoon.
The Cass County Sheriff’s Office was called around 12:30 p.m. for a report of a semi-crash on State Highway 18 just north of Arthur. The driver was extradited from the cab and brought to a Fargo hospital by ambulance with non-life threatening injuries.
The Sheriff’s Office says the semi likely went onto the shoulder, overcorrected, and then tipped. The highway was closed for about a half-hour to allow Sanford AirMed to land.
The Highway Patrol, Arthur Fire Department, and Hunter Ambulance also responded.
