MOORHEAD, Minn. (KFGO) – Moorhead Police say Stephanie St. Clair has been found safe and her family has been notified.
The 35-year-old was reported missing by a public housing employee in late July.
Last month police said financial transactions linked to St. Clair were happening in the Los Angeles area.
Detectives also have seen video of a person believed to be Stephanie going to a gas station.
