We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and professional individual to represent Midwest Radio stations Y94, Froggy, Fan, Jack, Duke, and KFGO.
Duties Include:
- Representing stations on the streets at sporting events, station giveaways, parades, concerts, etc.
- Assists the promotions departments with daily activities that promote the station(s), clients or events.
- Loading and unloading station vehicles before and after appearances.
- Executing events from start to finish (coordinating with on-site contact, hanging banners, handing out station giveaways, setting up and breaking down tables, sound systems, tents, etc.)
- Creating an exciting atmosphere while interacting face to face with listeners.
- Overall general promotion of stations as well as our sponsors.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with the Fargo-Moorhead Area.
- Night & Weekend availability is a must. No exceptions. Holiday availability is required as well. (Popular radio event holidays include New Year’s Eve, St. Patrick’s Day, Halloween & Black Friday).
- Must be able to work a MAX of 20-25 hours/week.
- Have reliable transportation.
- A valid driver's license.
- The ability to work in a team environment.
- Must be energetic, outgoing and feel comfortable talking with people at events.
Qualifications:
- Use of social media platforms
- Exhibits good interpersonal skills; collaborates with others; maintains composure when faced with difficult situations and personalities.
- Excellent driving record.
- Physical ability to stand for multiple hours and lift or move 40-pound objects
