TOKYO, Feb 16 (Reuters) – Japan’s economy eked out a slight expansion of an annualised 0.2% in the October-December quarter, government data showed on Monday, short of the median market forecast for a 1.6% rise.
The growth in gross domestic product (GDP) translated into a quarterly increase of 0.1%, which compared with the median estimate for a 0.4% rise.
