ELLENDALE, N.D. (KFGO) — An Arkansas man is in serious condition after a DUI crash in Dickey County Friday evening.
It happened on Highway 11 about 5 miles west of Ellendale about 4:30 p.m. The North Dakota Highway Patrol says a pickup driven by a 48-year-old man left the road and overcorrected. The pickup rolled into the ditch.
The driver was not wearing a seatbelt. He was flown to Sanford in Fargo. The Highway Patrol says he was driving while intoxicated.
The crash is under investigation.
