FARGO (KFGO-KVRR) – Nobody was hurt after a car crashed into the Roger Maris Cancer Center building at eighth and fourth street north in downtown Fargo Friday, Sept. 4.
The Fargo Police Department says that around 9:40 a.m., a driver was trying to go around a dump truck when their foot got stuck on the accelerator.
According to Sanford Health, there were no disruptions to patient care.
Police say they don’t have damage estimates yet, but while the building did take some damage from the car, it doesn’t appear to be structural in nature.
No charges have been filed, and the car had to be towed.
