OTTER TAIL COUNTY, Minn. (KBRF) – Police say a Fergus Falls man was arrested for a domestic disturbance and a brief knife standoff on Thursday, September 3.
Crews responded near the intersection of U.S. Highway 59 and County Highway 88.
Deputies found a vehicle parked in the middle of the road with 39-year-old Seth Goltz inside.
Authorities say he had a knife and refused to get out of the vehicle.
After deputies say they used de-escalation tactics, Goltz put down the knife and was removed from the vehicle.
He’s been charged with assault, domestic assault, and obstructing the legal process.
