FARGO (KFGO) – A man is in the Cass County Jail after climbing a light tower in downtown Fargo early Sunday morning.
Fargo Police say Ralph Wallot, 35, of Fargo, climbed the tower in the 500 block of North Broadway. The call came in around 11 p.m.
Police say Wallot refused to come down despite hours of negotiation with authorities. Negotiators were eventually able to get Wallot to come down and he was arrested. Wallot could be charged with criminal trespass, reckless endangerment and preventing arrest.
Fargo Police, Fargo Fire and Sanford Ambulance all responded.
